WHAT WE DO
Produce
Miller Productions, Inc will manage your project or campaign from pre-production through post-production. This includes writing, producing, directing, editorial, and final deliverables (i.e., DCP, Broadcast, Digital, Social). Since we’ve been doing this since 2010, we have built quite a network of professionals all over the world. This allows us to put together competitive bids with top talent.
Consult
We have worked in many aspects of film and television production, and have a decade of experience in distribution (marketing and publicity). We leverage this experience to bridge the gap between production companies and studios. This includes ensuring delivery schedules, clearances, approvals, and legal requirements have been met under or within budget.
Contract
Project-to-project services ranging from full-time and part-time to on-call. This can mean producing, consulting, or a variation. Oftentimes the entire toolbox is not required, so this offers clients the ability to choose “à la carte-style” what they need in order to stay within their budget parameters.
JOSH MILLER | President
Josh was born and raised in Southern California, and originally started working in the Entertainment Industry as a model and actor at age 12. It didn’t take him long to realize that his passion rested behind the camera as a filmmaker. He pursued a degree in Film & Media at UC Irvine where he earned his bachelor’s degree and jumped right into a career. He now has over 13 years of on-the-job experience in Film, Television, Marketing, and Publicity. He has worked as a Writer, Director, Producer, Editor, Post Supervisor, Executive Producer, and Consultant.
His relationships in the industry are vast. Josh has worked with many of the major Studios, Networks, and Production Companies in Hollywood and around the world, including Focus Features, Universal, MGM, Disney, Amazon, Working Title, Carnival, Amblin, Blumhouse, Paramount, Warner Brothers, Participant, Netflix, CNN, Discovery, History Channel, Pilgrim, Scott Free, Herzog & Co., Mocean, Framework, Mob Scene, Stampede, No Roads, FAB Group, Sunnyboy, Hurwitz, Narrator, and many more.
Notably, Josh has worked as Marketing and Awards Consultant for MGM, Head of Creative Content at Focus Features, and Producer and Post Supervisor at Herzog & Company. Due to the COVID lockdown in March of 2020, he was pleasantly nudged to take on the responsibility of running his own small business – Miller Productions, Inc.
Josh takes pride in having worked many diverse jobs within the Entertainment Industry and believes that this experience makes him a better overall artist and project manager.
